Lessons & Camps

Licciardello Stables offers lessons for beginners of any age, as well as advanced riders. We offer Hunt seat lessons, Western lessons and Saddle-seat lessons. Our lesson horses receive top of the line care, just like our riders. Each of our instructors chose this career because of their love for sharing horses with each of their riders. Teaching tiny tots, all the way to adults hoping to get back in the saddle, or cross something off their bucket list, being apart of the process means the world to each of our instructors.

I recently had the pleasure of taking riding lessons at Licciardello Horse Stables and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch, with clean and well-maintained stables and a spacious outdoor riding arena. The horses are beautiful and well-cared for, and the staff takes safety very seriously with all the necessary safety equipment provided.The instructors, Jessica and Raven, are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching. I had the pleasure of working with both, who were excellent at tailoring my lessons to my skill level and providing constructive feedback to help me improve. Both were always willing to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.

I recently took my daughter to Licciardello Stables for her first horseback riding lesson and we had an amazing experience. The instructor, Autumn, was fantastic with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and confident on the horse. The stable itself is well-maintained and the horses are well-cared for. We will definitely be returning for more lessons in the future. I highly recommend Licciardello Stables for anyone looking for a great horseback riding experience.

We love this place. Very hospitable...a lot of fun and the kids feel they are part of something special. They love it!

What a great stable! The staff are friendly and the establishment is well taken care of. My wife got our son and her mom 4 lessons and the trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly making us feel welcomed. My son rode Georgia, such a beautiful horse, so calm and tame. Highly recommend this place.

How to Schedule a Lesson

We offer lessons 7 days a week (6 days a week for Summer months)

Please purchase a package below, or call/text to schedule and receive a payment link.

We ask that each rider schedules their lesson in advance

30 minute private lesson – $50 each or $180 for a pack of 4 lessons

1 Hour Horsemanship lesson – $70 each for $270 for a pack of 4 lessons

(1 hr lesson includes grooming & tacking as well as a 30min private riding lesson)

Lessons are by appointment only. Please call ahead to schedule your lesson.

Seasonal Camps

Fall Turkey Camp

Nov. 20-22 9am-3pm
$75 for one day $200 for the full three days
(Turkey Camp Only)

Winter Camp

Dec 27-29 9-3pm
Jan 1-5 9-3pm
$200 for 3 day (Dec 27-29) or $75 for the day

Spring Break Camp

Camp will include horseback riding, games, crafts & Agriculture projects in the garden and with our farm animals at Sunnyside petting farm. We ask that each camper brings LOTS of water, a packed lunch, and a change of clothes. Attire must include long pants & Sneakers or Boots.

March 13th-15th & March 27th-29th 9am-3pm.
$200 for three days, $75 for one day

Summer Camp

Licciardello Stables is offering 7 weeks of camp this summer of 2023. Camps will be from Monday – Friday 9am-4pm and will consist of Riding activities, private & group lessons, Trail Rides, crafts, water games and of course agriculture activities with our petting farm.

Campers are required to bring a packed lunch and lots of water. Please send your camper wearing long pants and boots or sneakers, they are welcome to bring a change of clothes for water day. We are so excited for another fun filled summer at Licciardello Stables!
