Vendor Application

In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at Friday Night at the Farm, the undersigned vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Licciardello Stables, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss — arising out of or in connection with the vendor's participation in the event, including any incidental contact with farm animals on the property. This release applies to the vendor, their staff, and their equipment, and remains in effect for the duration of the event and any setup or breakdown period. The vendor further acknowledges that Licciardello Stables is a working farm and that participation involves inherent risks associated with an outdoor, agricultural setting, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, and the presence of animals. Licciardello Stables recommends vendors carry their own liability insurance covering their booth, products, and staff.
